2021 in Numbers
As we reach the end of what has been another difficult year for many, we wanted to share a few numbers that we are proud of.
This is our NPS score – it stands for Net Promoter Score and is a measure of customer satisfaction on a scale from -100 to 100. Anything over 70 is considered ‘excellent’. A recent analysis by Retently showed the average in the Cloud and Hosting industry to be 45.
This is our average uptime over 2021, even including any planned maintenance. This is measured externally by Hetrix Tools.
