Complaints

We’re very sorry to hear that you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, and would like to put it right for you. To enable us to do this, please follow this procedure.

Firstly, please let us know the details of your complaint by emailing us to sad@netweaver.uk

We aim to respond within 2 working days. If you’re still not happy with the outcome, please ask for your complaint to be passed onto a Director. You will receive our final response from a director within 5 working days.

If you believe our services are being used in such a way which breaks out terms of service or breaks UK laws please email abuse@netweaver.co.uk
